They Say is the amalgamation of Australian composer/producer Craig Sayer and Texan singer/songwriter Tye Ellen after they developed a musical connection during a composition for screen course.

Craig brings decades worth of experience in production and performace, having worked as a touring musician and a producer/engineer at a busy Melbourne studio. Whilst Tye brings a passion for collaboration and performance. Both bring an immense talent and love for songwriting to the table and blend their skills seamlessly together to create a beautiful Folk Pop sound with influences of RnB, Soul and a hint of Gospel from Tye.

They Say is the result of hard working musicians adapting to the challenges of the pandemic and exploring new avenues of collaboration with wonderful results.
